Gord Ferguson (President):
Employed at Northern Casket in many job descriptions for over 42 years. Gord became owner and President in 1987. Married to Karen and father to Caley and Chris, Gord is very active in the Lindsay community and enjoys spending his free time in the outdoors. |

Caley Ferguson (Vice President):
After attending the University of Western Ontario for business, and Fanshawe College for a post graduate marketing diploma, Caley joined his father in the family business. As the fourth generation Ferguson at Northern Casket, his roles include human resources, tradeshow sales, customer relations, and purchasing. He, his wife Kate, and daughter Cooper love traveling and meeting new people. Caley is excited for the future of Northern Casket and looks forward to meeting and serving everyone in the funeral profession. |

Paul Lindsay (Sales - Eastern Ontario/Toronto East):
Paul is the Eastern Ontario Sales Agent for Northern Casket. He joined Northern Casket in January 1994. He brought with him a background in Funeral Service. He was Licensed as a Funeral Director in 1976, owned and managed Toronto Central Services from 1977 to 1988 and worked at the Kelly Funeral Homes in Ottawa from 1988 to 1993. He is fifth generation Funeral Director. He brings the Funeral Director's point of view to Northern Casket. |

Mike Gregory (Sales - Western Ontario/Toronto West):
After completing school for Insurance, Mike felt a draw towards sales and has worked for a number of Fortune 500 companies as sales representative, and territory manager. Carpentry and woodwork has always been a passion of Mikes and two years ago he made that his full time vocation. When the opportunity as CSR for Northern Casket presented itself, Mike thought it a perfect fit and joined the Northern Casket team in 2009. Mike enjoys spending his free time with his wife Lori and three young girls. |

Jane Muise (Office Manager):
Jane joined the Northern Casket family in 1994 as part of the office team. After completing a number of courses, Jane became the office manager within five years. Jane is not only an important part of our office staff, she also helps at tradeshows and does most of our advertising design work. Jane is the proud mother of three beautiful girls and enjoys biking, boating, traveling and being outdoors. |

Barb Glover (Office):
Barb has been an important part of the Northern Casket family for over ten years. A key factor in the success of the Funeral Ark by North Urn, Barb wears many hats in the office including key contact for international customers, day to day operations of North Urn, and customer service specialist. Mother to three grown boys, Barb enjoys, kayaking, traveling, and time with friends. |

Sue Gagnon (Office):
The newest member to Northern Casket's office team, Sue works four days a week doing payroll, accounts payable and customer service. Sue spends countless hours helping run her family's summer resort in the Kawartha Lakes where she can also spend time with husband Lawrence and children Tyler and Danielle. |

Michelle O'Reilly (Office):
Michelle joined Northern Casket in 2004 and quickly became a valuable part of the customer service team. Michelle has cross trained in all facets of the Northern Casket office including payroll, customer service, order entry, and accounts payable. Mother to three and grandmother to one, Michelle enjoys shopping and time with family and friends. |

Doug Morey (Shipping Manager):
Currently the longest serving employee in the Northern Casket family. Started at the age of 19, Doug has worked his way through the Company to his current position of Shipping Manager. Married to Carol for 34 years, father to Todd and Vanessa and grandfather to two young grandsons. Doug loves golf, hockey, and anything outdoors. |

Henry Meyer (Production Manager):
Henry Meyer came to Northern Casket in 1984 with a wealth of knowledge in manufacturing and woodworking. Henry quickly rose through the ranks to the position of production manager. He has overseen the development of many of Northern Casket's new products, and manufacturing processes. Henry continues to bring a "continuous improvement" attitude to the table. He has two children and when not at work, enjoys snowmobiling and boating. |

Evan Lang (Plant Engineer):
Evan began with Northern Casket in 2004 when it became clear that new processes and systems were needed to keep up with the times. His ingenuity and attention to detail have helped Northern Casket keep up with new technologies and products while maintaining a strict level of quality. Evan and Angie have four young boys that keep them extremely busy. |

Gary Stata (Mill Foreman):
In 1982, Gary joined Northern Casket and quickly worked his way into the Cabinet room as a "body man". When the opportunity presented itself, Gary joined the management team as the Mill foreman and now oversees over a dozen employees and trains all new hires. Gary and his wife Carrie have two children and twin grandchildren. |

Bob Folton (Finishing Room Foreman):
Bob is the first foreman at Northern Casket to be hired from outside the company. Before joining the Northern Casket family in 2007 Bob had worked in the furniture industry and came highly recommended by a number of people in the finishing field. Through experience, and trial and error, Bob has increased the efficiency of the finishing room and maintained the Northern Casket level of quality. Bob and his wife Bonnie have two children, two grandchildren and Bob enjoys showing his horses in his spare time. |

Gary Peters (Cabinet Room Foreman):
Gary just celebrated his 35th year with Northern Casket. He has worked in many different departments over the years including role as Union Chairperson and currently oversees over 20 employees as cabinet room foreman. Gary is also a local legend on guitar and microphone and enjoys traveling with his wife Brenda to anywhere hot. |
