Celebrating 100 Years.

Four Generations. No Compromise.

1926

Proudly Canadian since 1926.

In 1926, ten Lindsay businessmen saw an opportunity. One of them, Charles Ferguson, would go on to shape what Northern Casket would become.

One hundred years later, Northern Casket remains family-owned, proudly Canadian, and committed to the same principles that built it:

Craftsmanship. Care. Respect. Without compromise.

From King Street to St. Peter Street

The first casket left a small building at the bottom of King Street in 1927.

At the time:

8 employees
20 caskets per week
One small-town operation

Today:

96 employees
110,000 square feet of manufacturing space
Distribution across Canada, the United States, and internationally

The scale has changed.
The standards have not.
